Our goal is to provide careers, not just jobs, for all of our employees, whether they are just starting out or are already a seasoned professional.
We offer job training to help our employees reach their career goals, including our In-House Apprenticeship Program, which we believe is key to our employee’s personal growth and our company’s continued success.
Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain PAID work experience, classroom instruction, mentorship, and a portable, nationally-recognized credential. Our NCCER accredited 4-year program is taught by Certified Master Trainers or Certified Instructors, and includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training, 576 hours of classroom instruction, and semi-annual wage increases!
